The meaning, purpose and awarding of the CENTURION Award by Century 21. To achieve CENTURION status is to earn one of the most prestigious awards presented to CENTURY 21 sales associates and offices worldwide. Only a very small percentage of all full-time sales associates and offices in the system reach this lofty status. Recipients are recognized, as they qualify, with a beautiful CENTURION lapel pin and a portfolio containing other pertinent promotional materials. A complete list of all CENTURION awardees is also printed twice a year in the CENTURY 21 The Leader publication. The CENTURION trophy, the system's "Oscar" is presented to each award winner at the annual International Convention or during a Regional awards ceremony. Innovative marketing strategies have played an integral role in positioning and maintaining our company as the #1 OFFICE in the local marketplace, along with holding the distiction of Top Commercial agent in the CENTURY 21® System for North and Central regions of Florida. We were awarded the CENTURY 21® 1996 CENTURION® Award, which represents one million in gross closed commissions or 400 sales in one year. We are proud to be the first in Hernando County to achieve this award, considering the population of the county is only 120,000. |
